Broadcast journalist Karen Davila tells the success story of how businessman Gil Navarro of Navarro Foods known for producing Kapampangan delicacies such as fermented shrimp in rice, fermented mudfish in rice, sautéed shrimp paste, papaya pickles, and other sweet delicacies.
Now that he’s successful, Gil teaches everything he’s learned from the food business to Yolanda De Jesus, who sells smoked and pickled fish in the market. Yolanda says she doesn’t earn enough money to support her seven children.
