He/She follows up appropriateness and subsequent implementation of corrective action of different departments. tasks & Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Evaluates extent of compliance of hospital units and departments with regulatory and accreditation standards [e.g., Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, Joint Commission International (JCI), among others].
