Nowcom Global Services, LLC – Ortigas Center, Pasig City – JOB DESCRIPTION JOB Job responsibilities: » Responsible for managing everyday attendance report of the call center department » Monitor, report and responds to notification of absence and tardiness on a timely manner » Flag agents with long avail, long and call/handling time and report such incidents to their immediate managers real time. » Provides assistance to incoming general queries related to absence and tardiness » Analyzes, monitors and balances real-time staffing levels in regard to volumes of calls , busy lines, production issues » Assists during downtime » Determine appropriate staffing levels needed to meet goals » Performs other tasks as assigned » Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support » Assist/support HR Specialist with other tasks SKILLS REQUIRED: » Bachelor’s degree holder » At least 1 year practice with related field » Proficiency in Microsoft Excel » Analytical interpretation of data » capability to work independently, multi task …
