The function is to accurately and efficiently process all customer orders and returns in the system and resolve issues located on established procedures across all markets serviced by the Shared Services Center (SSC). Essential tasks and Job responsibilities: » Order Management. Performs data entry as per the procedures from one or more supported markets. » Efficiently manages customer portals for Manual, Semi Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) & EDI Customers. » Executes stock allocation procedures and error resolution logic.
