Philippines – Designer required to be able to draw up scheme plans and concept units for multi unit residential developments on land. Must have understanding of site coverage, building height, sunlight access recession planes and basic size and privacy rules which will be provided. Must also be able to deal with turning circles and parking standards. Basic residential multi unit development experience required. Plans are pretty basic and usually one and two bedroom units but orientation to maximise sunlight is essential. One-of-job at first as a trial, and could lead to more work.
