Adidas – Pasig City, Metro Manila – Primary Monitors arrival of shipments, in reference to reports of Freight Forwarders (Booking Advise). Liaises with Freight Forwarders, Brokers and other shipping agents on necessary shipping documentation and issues pertaining to deliveries of imported goods. Develops and manages proper filing system to ensure systematic storing of shipping documentations for easy checking and reference, and as prescribed by audit regulations. Prepares necessary shipping documents and secures approvals for these. Handles customs clearance processes to verify the custom duties and taxes based on the accurate tariff code. Coordinates daily with Warehouse and Planning teams on shipments and stock arrival to facilitate logistics planning and support activities. Secondary Prepares importation-related reports as required by the business.
