Job Description: Spreading dough with oil, butter or any other mixture that goes along with baking the dough. Loading oven with pans containing doughs and setting oven temperature in accordance to the type of product being baked. Observing color of breads being baked and adjust oven thermostats and temperature accordingly to ensure that appropriate heat is being transmitted. Maintaining proper placing of breads or dough in the oven so that they will be cooked evenly or desired texture will be achieved Removing baked goods from the oven in a timely manner to avoid overcooking and placing them in cooling racks.
