Citigroup – Manila City, Metro Manila – Manila CSC CBPS Head: Responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, governance and oversight to the Manila CSC CBPS in support of the Citi Philippine franchise and Citi business partners in different geographies on key areas of operations, productivity, and culture. Given the aggressive growth projections for CBPS, the role is expected to continue to promote One Citi culture and contribute efforts around site and localization strategy, building and sustaining high performance, delivery and execution with the highest ethical standards and in a cost-effective manner.
