Other minor duties may be assigned. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all general inquiries, billing, and other customer service concerns. Consistently meets or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly productivity and customer satisfaction targets by utilizing sound telephone based customer service approaches.
