Plan International – Philippines – Community Engagement agent (TUKLAS Innovation Labs) Plan International – Philippines The START Network is supporting Plan International, Action Against Hunger, CARE International, and the Citizens Disaster Response Centre will be implementing the Philippines TUKLAS Innovation Labs Project. The consortium, led by Plan International , will seek to identify innovative ideas and entrepreneurs that will help address the gap in improving emergency preparedness in the country. The project seeks to engage non-traditional actors in preparedness, from the academia to the private sector. Four community labs will work with innovators to develop their abilities in being leaders of disaster preparedness. This is a 21-month project to be implemented nationwide with offices in Baguio City, Quezon City, Tacloban City and Cotabato City.
