Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila – We are partnered with a renowned Group of Companies and they are looking for a Credit and Collections Officer to be based in Mandaluyong. QUALIFICATIONS: – must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any business course – With at least five (5) years of experience in the related field – Above average analytical skills – Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of the Credit and Collection function – Ability to manage multiple tasks – Must have strong leadership and people management skills – Must be customer-oriented RESPONSIBILITIES: – As a Credit and Collections Officer, your main responsibility is to manage all delinquent accounts and ensure collection of overdue balances. – You will ensure that collections are posted in an accurate and timely manner. – Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining supporting documents from key departments.
