Quezon, Bukidnon – tasks and Job responsibilities: Receives technical problems, concerns, and issued from external and internal clients via telephone, e-mail or chat; Evaluates and isolates the problems and provides the client with a first level solution. Entertains and provides answers to queries from the general public regarding client services and procedures; Logs calls in the call tracking and management system and ensures that problems received from clients and sites are acted upon and resolved accurately and in a timely manner; Meets or exceeds performance and operational efficiency by getting the Average Handled Calls, which refers to the volume of work that a Customer Care Associate produces for a particular period of time against the team’s productivity; Consolidates all calls received, identifies most common problems and provides the information to the Customer Care managers; Generates and prepares reports required by Customer Care Manager; Provides information and support services to c…
