The Customer Service Department at MeteoGroup is the primary point of contact for all business customers and provide 24/7 coverage. We have 3 positions available. You will build a relationship with our customers, providing excellent customer service; you handle client related questions and (technical) problems regarding products, invoices and quality. You become owner of constantly varying requests, for which you either find an answer or you ensure complex cases are routed to the right parts of the business to enable the right level of technical support.
