District Sales Manager

. Panpharma Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals Inc – Davao del Sur – Responsible for planning, training, leading personnel, and implementing selling, operational and marketing activities for the attainment of sales targets. Delivers (monthly, quarterly, semester and annual) sales that are within budget in order to attain profit goals. Monitors availcapability of stocks in assigned key accounts, target hospital pharmacies and chain/key drugstore outlets. Reviews past performance, analyzes SWOT, sets goals, determines strategies and tactics, and integrates them into the business of the territory.
