HR Officer for Training & Development and Organization Development

SAIGE Solutions (for a water utility company) – Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila – We are partnered with a water utility company that is currently expanding its operations throughout the country. They are looking for a Human Resources Officer who will drive conceptualization and implementation of learning & development programs and performance management initiatives ensuring talent readiness supportive of corporate objectives. Candidate must be willing to travel as he/she will occasionally facilitate trainings (in-house or in partnership with training providers) in various parts of the country.
