You will be required to develop a thorough knowledge of clients’ business and marketing needs to execute and manage custom CRM solutions, programs and optimize operations processes. You will work closely with your Social CRM Manager to ensure operational efficiencies of the Social CRM campaigns you manage to meet client objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
