Formulate, implement and review of rework procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency to meet standard IPC requirements. Performs Quality Standards audits on Repair Processes, documentation and ESD. Preventive Maintenance, Repair, and calibration of Machines under Rework Specialist Group (Inline Cleaner, Miniwave machine, BGA machines, X-ray, etc.) Performs analysis and dispositions of PCB boards located on workmanship and improves rework procedures and process controls when necessary.
