You are responsible for developing and implementing short and long term sales objectives to include a yearly sales strategy and delivery, formulates and utilized marketing plan to uncover new and potential business, analyse and estimate total value of each piece of business and negotiate for best situation for achieving optimum revenue for the residence while ensuring superior customer service.
