Identifies and records adverse events and product complaints. » Processes medical information requests (e.g., fulfillment) via e-mail, fax and mail. » Provides after-hours on call support as needed (e.g., on-call pager coverage). » Trains and coaches Medical Information Specialists or other Med Comm Staff. » Maintains expertise of policies and procedures including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements. » Performs other tasks as assigned.
