Omgeo – Metro Manila – Sr. Office Administrator Omgeo – Makati City, Metro Manila Accountabilities: » Responsible for developing content and materials for site communication requirements » creation of emails blasts, powerpoint presentations and collaterals to promote site activities. » managing the content shown on the LCD screens and bulletin boards to ensure up-to-date information » preparing minutes of meetings and dissemination of the same in a timely manner » Support for site-wide programs and events » planning » work with CPS/Facilities Management team to get quotes from vendors » prepare budget proposal » reservation of venues » monitor actual program roll-out until completion » prepare post-activity report including actual spend vs budget » Responsible for managing costs and budget for all site activities » ensures liquidation of expenses within the required time » provides monthly reporting of site expenses » work with the Procurement team in acquiring the most cost effective option…
