Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) – Makati City, Metro Manila – JOB DESCRIPTION Job Requirements : » Graduate of Any Business Administration Courses (Preferably Marketing Majors) » Excellent communication expertise » Customer service oriented » Goal driven and Out-going Job Job responsibilities: » Attend to inquiries for listings of available units for lease/resale in the assigned area of responsibility. » Proactively approach unit owners to sell APMC Leasing as a provider for services such as leasing, leasing plus tenancy, and resale services. » Educate unit owners on what is needed to make their unit/s more leasable/ saleable » Execute proper and complete documentation for closing agreements: signed contract of lease, government IDs of unit owner and tenants, special power of attorney. » Schedule viewings to unit owner and tenants and match in the assigned area of responsibility.
