Ortigas Center, Pasig City – What you’ll be doing: · Communicating and following up daily with home-based e-Educators regarding technical concerns, system checks, lesson plotting, and schedule/attendance monitoring via phone and chat or email · Coordinating with other teams (Customer Service, Standards, and Payroll) regarding the resolution of concerns from home-based e-Educators Job Requirements: Requirements: · College graduate of any 4-year course · Excellent English communication skills · With a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute · Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related fields is preferred · At least one month of BPO or customer service experience via phone and chat or email · ESL experience is an advantage You must also be: · A multitasker · Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) · Willing to work on shifting schedules (between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.), on weekends, and on holidays, including overtime…
