Sitel – Pasig City, Metro Manila – Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities Experience supporting and troubleshooting of routing and switching enterprise technologies in complex networking environments. Troubleshooting includes routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Layer 3 switching – Cisco Nexus, 6500, 4500 & 3750 switches). Understand, administer, troubleshoot, and install security technologies (firewall, VPN, IDS). Ability to manage small to medium size projects, develop documentation, and testing processes a must. Good written and communication skills. Level 3 support for complex enterprise break/fix. Education Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
