Ministop Philippines – Pasig City, Metro Manila – JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities: » Handle and facilitate training sessions of strore-owners (franchisees), managers and personnel of directly-managed and franchise-owned stores » Analyze and assess training needs of each batch of trainees handled » Ensure that trainees will be able to understand and apply all standard operating procedures during the course of the training program » Provide support to store-owners and managers upon store-opening activity Appropriate qualifications: » Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder » Work practice in training or store operations gained from any retail or fast-food business is an advantage » Must have store oral and written communications expertise » Must have basic platform expertise » Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule » Must be amenable to do field work and work during weekends and holidays » Fresh graduates are encouraged to send their application WORK LOCATION Address 401 F.
