The Reports Analyst is responsible for the timely production, publication and analysis of several reports including SLA, Corporate and ad hoc reports, across multiple international locations. The position will also be responsible for all aspects of accessing, manipulating and analyzing data for the SSC to enhance/improve business decisions. Coordinate with operational managers to track, maintain, report and improve on operational metrics.
