Calamba City, Laguna – The personnel handling the position shall be responsible in correct and accurate dispensing of medicines and other pharmaceutical supplies to different department. Specifically the employee will take the following responsibility; Fills and dispense drugs to in-patients and out-patients ordered and prescribed by licensed physician Monitors supplies and medicines, manufacturing and expiration date Establish control measures in proper segregation of medicines and other supplies in the department including correct tagging and storage Supervise in leading team of technicians and interns Keeps records of inventory and records of Rx controlled medicines Filling of prescription Educate patients on proper intake of prescribed medicines Comply with PHIC and DOH requirement on records keeping and documentation Accurately dispense orders from other units following standard procedures set by the hospital Maintain a record of drugs and other supplies issued from the CSR an…
