This role sits in the Support and Maintenance area of PTL with the aim of providing excellent and efficient services to customers. The role also assist in the administration process and activities across all product facing platforms in ELT. The post-holder will report to the local 3rd Line Support Team Leader in Manila on a daily basis and will work closely with various teams in the Press as well as external suppliers – Customer Services, content services, internal and external development teams, QA, solution architecture, among others – in the handling of support incidents, ensuring delivery of resolutions in line with expected timescales and quality.
