Project Manager

Pasig City, Metro Manila – Responsible for defining the organizational structure of the project and for interfacing with the functional organizations associated with project tasks (Operations, Technology, Workforce, Finance, Training, Facilities, and clients). Directs and controls all work performed within the framework of the work breakdown structure (WBS-Project Plan), and has the authority for task assignment and master project schedule(s). Responsible for daily communications and formal project reviews with both client and Sitel management teams. Accountable for managing multiple and simultaneous projects of varying complexities that are within reasonable and approved workload.
