Analyzes raw materials and process samples as to required parameters (Moisture, Ash, Protein, Falling Number, Starch Damage, Water Absorption, Gluten, and other chemical and physical analysis. 2. Analyzes special samples (shelf life, competitors flour etc.) as to required parameters and prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) 3. Analyzes and prepares COA for wheat deliveries (weekly) and pre-shipment samples. 4. Prepares documentation for QA/QC manual such as Work Instruction. 5. Input analysis data, update, calibrate and validate NIR. 6. Encodes, prepares and submit everyday Summary Report (DSR). 7. Coordinates with production re analysis result and quality issues. 8.
