Supports QA Manager to maintain an effective testing process. This involves supporting a test infrastructure that supports robust client communication and an efficient and effective testing framework. Must ensure adherence to all project management policies, procedures and deliverables. Also contributes to process improvements within the QA team and mentors junior members of the QA team.
