Rockwell Collins Interior Systems – Batangas City, Batangas – Purpose Leads localization and low cost country sourcing for both direct and indirect materials to support operations requirement. This will include but will not be limited to raw materials (plastics, metals, composites), machined parts, mechanical and electrical, rubber, foams, cushions, outside service processes (OSP), tooling, equipment and other critical and strategic products and services for sourcing. Analyzes statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives. Compiles information to keep informed on price and commodity trends and manufacturing processes. Coordinates with suppliers and analyzes suppliers’ operations to determine factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.
