Grace & Co. – Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila – Job Description The Strategy and Execution (S&E) Manager will be responsible for leading all Continuous Process Improvement (Productivity), Migration Management, Service Quality and all other Project Management requirements across all products and services. He is responsible for the strategy in his area and ensuring that they are aligned with the over-all Manila GOC strategy. He works closely with various stakeholders to carry out his mandate: a. Manila Site leader and the Senior Management Team, b. Global Finance and IT Transformation team c. GPOs and Process leaders, d. Regional Finance & Controllership teams.
