MSD – Philippines – Requisition ID: SUP001194 SUPPLY AND DEMAND PLANNING OFFICER B. Duties and Responsibilities (1) Demand Planning & Supply/Planning Management 1. Analyze sales forecasts vs. actual results and recommend to BUDs/PMs the most realistic sales forecast by reflecting business needs and to develop finished goods(FG) supply plan (considering safety stocks, inventory level, packaging lead-time and MOQ) for the sites to develop production plans 2. Generate bulk forecast plan by reviewing FG supply plan and 3rd party production plan with considerations of bulk inventory, bulk production capacity availability, bulk supply lead-time, MOQ of bulk, etc. to support APHUB/SNP Planner to optimize bulk planning for Philippines 3. Analyze and monitor monthly MRP according to the Ship & Receive Schedule as well as Bulk Supply Planning in COMET from APHUB and coordinate with bulk supply sites to ensure the inventory level is in accordance with production needs. 4.
