T-shirt Designer

Philippines – I need someone to design T-shirts on Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator. This job has a lot of independence/room for creativity. The T-shirts should be trendy, but simple. This means inside jokes from popular American Tv shows, movies, Pop-culture, etc. These T-shirt designs are for Merch, so if you have experience with Merch that is a plus. This will be a part-time position, but will hopefully turn into a full-time position. Please respond with what you expect for hourly compensation and with what experience you have had.
