Rockwell Collins Interior Systems – Batangas City, Batangas – Responsible primarily for the operation and maintenance of Facilities equipment such as air conditioning system (HVAC), generators, chillers, dust collector, air compressors, fire protection system, water treatment systems like cooling towers and uninterruptible power system (UPS). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs regular equipment monitoring of all Facilities equipment and records observation as may be necessary. Performs basic maintenance activities such as lubrication, cleaning and adjustment of all equipment not covered under the existing maintenance agreement with vendor. Performs weekly test runs of standby generator set, fire pumps and jockey pumps; Performs weekly and monthly inspection of Fire Protection system – valve inspection, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers Performs safety inspections in coordination with the EHS Officer Performs periodic testing of equipment grounding and other testing-related requirements of production Monitors and checks pl…
