You should have experience art directing junior designers in the creation of small business collateral and identity products. The position will include the creation of innovative designs that exceed the expectations of Vistaprint’s customers in the small business and consumer markets. You should possess keen conceptual and design skills, a strong corporate identity focused portfolio, with an ability to communicate concise and effective feedback to multiple designers, artists/illustrators simultaneously.
