Lot 1A Blk15 Phase 3 Epza Rosario Cavite phase 3 epza rosario, cavite Job Description JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the over-all accuracy of FGs inventory on both Oracle and DMS vs Actual stocks on-hand. Ensures smooth and on-time delivery of FGs and retrieval of empty MHE (Material Handling Equipment) at customer site. Sends reports on time. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : – Direct reporting to Manager. – Responsible for follow-up, consolidation and posting of each Departments KPI report. – Supervises local and export shipment, ensuring on time delivery. – Responsible for monitoring over-all backflushed versus actual received/DMS scanned by Finished Goods Controller. – Ensures 100% FGs accuracy. – Supports SD investigation of system discrepancy versus actual. – Assist auditor for the weekly FGs audit. – Monitor FGs retrieval and directly follow-up to retrieving department. – Attends meeting and other related issues concerning…
