Arvato – Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila – POSITION SUMMARY: Female The Admin and Travel Specialist is responsible for performing administrative and travel-related tasks for the site covered The position secures the implementation of Information Security Management System (ISMS) in all aspects of her tasks OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees all travel and accommodations request for all site visits Handles hotel, apartment, or housing accommodations and review them accordingly to ensure good experience accommodation Make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and local employee VISA requirements Monitors and administer communication allowance plan, company phone billing, and other wireless communication needs Advice clients/visitors on travel and accommodation arrangements Monitors travel and hotel invoices and billings for timely payments Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time Prepares process and facilitates shuttle request from and to inter-site visits and travel …

    Ensures that bills for travel and accommodations are paid on time by monitoring invoices and billings carries out responsibilities that are play tic tac toe , on occasion, assigned to them.
