Grace & Co. – Alabang, Muntinlupa City – Job Description The Operations Technical Lead is the subject matter expert driving operational excellence in the areas of Accounts Payable, Master Data Management, Customer Service and Procurement. This position manages and facilitates review of processes, systems, tools, metrics and reporting relevant to the whole Operations Team and be able to recommend (1) process improvement using the lean/six sigma methodology and (2) innovative business solutions that would increase efficiencies in all processes in scope.
