Pasig City, Metro Manila – PURPOSE OF POSITION Program Director oversees the implementation of all aspects of the program in the three countries together with the management of WV Germany, in-country project coordination teams composed of leadership from three WV National offices (Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka) and three partner NGOs. Management duties will include budget administration and monitoring, staff management, and responsibility for daily operations, carrying out policies and programs as related to both daily and strategic interests in consultation with the country project coordination team.The program manager is responsible for the close cooperation with and among all country implementors and diverse stakeholders upon synergies.
