Branch) – Mimaropa – Batangas – JOB DESCRIPTION » Conduct quality inspection per documented processes in assigned process/area through the use of more complex measuring devices and gages. » Ensure inspection tools are calibrated and available for inspection or production processes. » Perform calibration and validation related activities, including Gage Repeatcapability and Reproducibility. » Support product and process audit in assembly line. » Conduct in-process or laboratory testing. » Review of supplier documentation / first article inspections (FAI) of parts, assemblies, and tooling. » Prepare non-conformance reports located on product or process inspection performed and communicate results to significant group/department in a timely manner. » Record results of inspection on ERP and other computer systems. » Ensure documentations are available and complies with quality and regulatory requirements. » Control and archiving of significant quality records. » Perform other related tasks as required.
