Sitel – Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila – BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION (SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): Recruits and interviews prospective employees for non-agent positions. Determines appropriate match of applicant skills to job responsiblities and supports administration of pre-employment testing and behavioral interviewing. Partners with site management to understand recruiting needs to ensure appropriate applicant flow. Supports Recruiting Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities. BASIC POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum Requirements for the Position) 1 or more years of successful recruiting experience for nonexempt and personnel preferably in a high volume, fast-paced customer focused environment. Good communications skills. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
