Senior Operations Manager – Telco Account

Sitel – Ortigas Center, Pasig City – Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: Manages a team of operations managers who, in turn, supervise day-to-day operations. Management of client and corporate goals, including : Operational Metrics, Profitability/Productivity, Quality, Client Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction. Personal training and development with Site Director and other eaders through direct involvement in advanced projects Establishment and maintenance of client relationships Primary Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as Senior Operations Manager. Solid experience in a telco or cable account, highly preferred and other complex or large accounts. Must have experience in leading a team of at least 500 people. Experience in handling financials/profit and loss, required. Solid background in performance management, required. Must be amenable to work on night shift in Ortigas, Pasig City….
