Video Surveillance Operator

Ortigas Center, Pasig City – Main Responsibilities Actively monitor a quantity of security cameras remotely using our computer systems Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to determine if what you see is suspicious or criminal Dispatch police or fire in the US when necessary Must be able to use maps to figure out locations of cameras on properties Must be able to contact clients via phone and email professionally when needed Must be able to adapt to change and growth Must be able to sit for long periods of time Must possess a positive attitude Knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Email, General Internet and Computers. IMPORTANT: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE- INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOLIDAYS AND NIGHT SHIFTS. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in security field preferred, not required Required language: Fluent English Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required This is a full-time position.
