Calamba City, Laguna – Provide leadership in the sustainability, advancement, accuracy and troubleshooting of our production equipment and to develop the skills of our Maintenance Technicians. Provide and coordinates staff development programs such as skills enhancement trainings and sessions. Closely coordinate with our production / manufacturing departments to improve the uptime and utilization of the equipment. Improves the efficiency of troubleshooting of equipment issues and to work closely with our OEM’s in terms of timely, cost effective and comprehensive support. Reduce the amount of expenses related to downtime of the equipment, part replacement, and to develop with our OEM a comprehensive Planned Maintenance program. Coordinate with other departments projects that improve the sustainability and efficiency of the equipment.
