Pasig City, Metro Manila – in Pasig city Hello Job Seeker… We are currently in need of RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS APPLY NOW What you’ll be doing: Provide support in all kinds of recruitment initiatives and perform tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Supervisor to accomplish the team’s objectives. Make calls to pre-screen, conduct phone interviews, and update the status of applicants and candidates inquiring about job postings. Respond to queries sent via call, email, Facebook messages, and other hotline sourcing channels. Do face-to-face initial screening and interviews. Perform sourcing strategies to maximize applicant inflow. Requirements and Qualifications: Previous work experience in BPO Recruitment preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics. Proactive and works with minimal supervision.
