Genesys – Manila City, Metro Manila – The Sr. Financial Analyst on the Corporate FP&A team will prepare report packages for G&A leaders, review requisitions to ensure budget adherence, and perform routine application maintenance to maintain the integrity of the company’s EPM system. The position performs key processes such as consolidating analyses, forecasts, budgets, and financial/operational reports and investigating variances between actuals, forecasts, and budget to understand potential risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc financial and operating reports, report packages, dashboards, and analyses, particularly for G&A functions. Assist in consolidating forecasts, budgets, analyses, and reports. Review purchase requisitions (via Coupa) and position requisitions (via Taleo) for G&A functions to ensure they are within budget Review requests to update Coupa cost center combinations for validity Review requests to update cost centers in Master Data …
