Both are permanent positions with shift from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday and half day work on Saturdays from 9am to 12.30.Required Education, expertise, and Appropriate qualifications: – Holds a degree in Tourism or related course OR with 2 years practice in an IATA travel agency – Highly proficient in using Sabre or other GDS. – Able to issue and reissue domestic and international tickets- Able to make hotel reservations – Very fluent in spoken and written English. – Above average proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Good worming expertise of geography is a must. – Pleasing personality with great customer service expertise. – Prior practice in corporate travel or MICE is a definite advantage.
