Cisco Voice Engineer

Makati City, Metro Manila – We are seeking team-focused individuals to join our Voice Team. Responsibilities: The main focus of the role is to support and maintain our CME and CM (Cisco’s Call Manager Express and Cisco Call Manager) VOIP phone systems both hardware and associated applications such as Express Contact Centre, Attendant Console, Workforce Optimization Quality Manager and Jabber. The role will test your diagnostics & resolution skills whilst maintaining our SLA’s and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the following skills are desired; A minimum of 3 years hands on experience with Call Manager Express (CME), Call Manager (CM), Cisco Softphones, UCS, Express Contact Center and other Cisco applications. A minimum of a current CCNA/CCNP for Voice, or other higher Cisco certification. Hands on experience with telephony and data services such as ISDN, PSTN, xDSL, Fibre, EFM and wireless.
