Ramil Gallardo – Philippines – Project Manager I Ramil Gallardo – Philippines Permanent CI Project Manager (Green Belt Certified) Job Summary: CI Project Manager will have direct responsibility for demonstrated continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The function will also contribute to medium and long term strategic vision of REPH in achieving a self-sustained CI culture. Responsibilities include project leadership abilities, CI mentoring and delivery of foundational CI trainings such as CI Champion, SCM, Yellow Belt and Green Belt. In addition, the function will directly support cultural change toward disciplined, data-driven problem solving through Lean and Six Sigma at all levels within REPH. The function will require strong process analysis and improvement practice using Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools.
